Who runs on which team can change as we get closer to the day of the meet

    

1.  Come to school Friday morning dressed for school.  Girls drop your luggage off in the AD’s Office.  Boys drop your luggage off in your locker room.  You will change into your running clothes and sweats, once you are released from school after “B” Period. 

2.  You will need to bring your lunch with you on Friday to eat on the bus.  We will be working out at the park once we get there – so lunch will be important.

3.  You need to bring money for dinner Friday night and for lunch and dinner on Saturday.

4.  It is supposed to be cold, so please have the proper clothing to stay warm.  Also, bring two pairs of training shoes just incase the course is wet and muddy on Friday.  This way you will have dry shoes to warm up in on Saturday.

 

Depart:  Friday: 10:00 a.m. from St. Johns

Depart Saturday morning: 9:00am from the hotel

Depart Saturday afternoon: 4:00om from Goddard Park

Arrival back at SJB: 7:30-8:30ish Saturday eve

 

Directions to Goddard Park:

            Take I-95 to exit 8A/Rte 2 South.  At the first light turn left onto Rte 401 East/Division St.   In one mile the road curves to the right onto First Ave.  Turn right onto Main St.  At next left turn left onto Old Forge Rd.  Old Forge Rd becomes Ives Rd.  One mile to the park entrance, which is on your left.

 (If you take the Orient Point Ferry to New London, you will be only about 1 hour from the park)
