Van Cortlandt Park:

Take the Throngs-Neck Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95) (toward the GWB).

Take exit 1C and follow the signs to 87N (Major Deegan North) (stay to your right on the exit).

Continue on 87N to exit 11. Follow signs to Manhattan College (keeping to the right again).

Make a right on Broadway. The park is approximately 1-Mile down the road on your right.

Parking is not fun. If you are bringing an athlete who is competing, please drop him off

on Broadway and then look for a parking spot.
